ServiceNow API Developer

Our client, a large technology distributor, is looking to hire a ServiceNow API Developer for a 3-month remote contract opportunity. The consultant will be joining a project team of 2 other ServiceNow technical stakeholders: an Architect and one other Developer. The sole responsibility of this new consultant is to focus on API integration for both Rest and SOAP APIs on the Amazon Gateway. The ServiceNow platform running on AWS is a customized FinOps platform created specifically for the customer’s environment.

The consultant will be working to integrate 4 or 5 APIs:

Plaid – identity verification, bank account linking, transaction and asset history, anti-fraud and money laundering, etc. Docusign Experian/Equifax connect – credit monitoring, credit reporting and metro2 compliance. ACH Works – payment operations/billing

Required Skills

5+ years experience working with ServiceNow. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Angular, and web technologies for customization and enhancement purposes. Experience with integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST API, SOAP API, and other methods. Strong communication skills and as well as the ability to collaborate. Strong understanding of AWS API Gateway.
