Frontend Developer

Qualifications and Experience• At least 3 years of Frontend development experience.• A degree in information technology/management, or related fields.

Roles and Responsibilities• Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications usingHTML5, CSS/SCSS, and TypeScript.• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components withmicroservice API endpoints in GraphQL and REST.• Implement unit tests for frontend code using tools like Jest to ensurereliability and maintainability.• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improveour frontend development processes.• Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups intointeractive web experiences.• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to upholdcode quality standards.• Assist in technical documentation and contribute to basic technical writingtasks as needed.• Assist in planning and executing tests to assess the usability of a softwareproduct.• Required Skills• Proven experience coding in TypeScript with a strong understanding ofNode.js.• Strong proficiency in developing HTML5-based web pages with CSS/SCSSstyling.• Experience working with microservice API endpoints in both GraphQL andREST architectures.• Prior experience with unit testing in TypeScript using tools like Jest.• Familiarity with containerization, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.• Experience in code versioning tools, such as Git.• Good understanding of frontend frameworks such as ReactJS or Next.js ispreferred.
