Mid- level Developer

Description

The software developer role is an integral team member who will be contributing to the Operations and Maintenance of mission critical work in an agile environment. This role will participate in a range of activities including requirements collection and analysis, software design, implementation, debugging, as well as enhancing existing catalog of applications. Prior experience working in large, enterprise-level software development efforts is a key requisite for this position. Candidates in this

position will support software development activities across various custom applications.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fieldA minimum of 2 years of experience demonstrating a track record of success in software development for sophisticated applications in large-scale production environments.An understanding of the ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core architecture with C#.NET is a must with demonstrated experience with tools/languages such as Oracle, PL/SQL, REST API, Entity Framework, and JavaScriptCI/CD concepts and tools (Jira, Confluence, Git, etc.), deployment pipelines, automated builds, and configuration toolsStrong communication abilities, with proficiency in articulating complex concepts clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally.Self-directed with a proven ability to take the initiative and drive tasks to completion without the need for continual guidance.Adaptable and agile, with a demonstrated ability to transition smoothly between projects, maintaining high productivity and responsiveness to changing business needs.

Primary Responsibilities

Design, development, and deployment of mission critical applications using different frameworks and technologiesProficiency in coding languages and technologies, e.g., ASP. Net and Core (ideally with Entity Framework), with C#.NET, JavaScript REST API, PL/SQL, Oracle DB, GITExperience programming with AWS-related serverless computing technologies is ideal, e.g.:AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, Cloud Formation, S3.Understanding of Agile and Scrum fundamentalsA strong desire to understand complex systems and how to troubleshoot and make them highly availablePossess a collaborative spirit that enjoys working within a team environment, building solutions in an Agile fashion
