Position: UKG Boomi Integration DeveloperLocation: Bangalore, India (REMOTE)Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Position Overview: The UKG Boomi Integration Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between UKG systems and various other applications using the Dell Boomi platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Boomi, strong technical skills, and a deep understanding of HR and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using Dell Boomi to connect UKG systems with other enterprise applications.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and seamless data flow between systems.Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.Monitor and maintain existing integrations, ensuring they continue to meet business needs.Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members.Document integration processes, configurations, and technical specifications.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in integration technologies and UKG products.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience with Dell Boomi integration platform.Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) products, including UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) and/or UKG Dimensions.Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes.Proficiency in web services, APIs, XML, JSON, and related technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
