Role Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow CSM Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow CSM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions for our clients. This is a contract role that can be done remotely.

Qualifications

Strong experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow CSM solutionsProficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologiesKnowledge of ITIL processes and experience in implementing ITSM solutionsExperience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Asset ManagementExperience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs and web servicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified ServiceNow Application Developer) are a plusExperience with Agile development methodologiesAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
