Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM solutions, enhancing our IT service management processes, and ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.Key Responsibilities: •Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions.•Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.•Develop workflows, scripts, and integrations to automate IT service management processes.•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.•Perform system integration, maintenance, platform upgrades, and troubleshooting.•Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.•Provide support for the ServiceNow ITSM environment, including incident resolution and service requests.•Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and functionalities.Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.•3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on ITSM.•Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.•Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, SQL•Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. •Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications: •ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).•Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.•Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules and functionalities.
