Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled React.js Developer to join our remote team on an immediate basis. As a React.js Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. You will also ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.
Responsibilities:
- Develop user interfaces for modern web applications using React.js- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js development- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) and development tools (such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.)- Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus- Familiarity with RESTful APIs- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements- A knack for benchmarking and optimization- Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial)- Excellent interpersonal skills- Immediate joiners preferred
