Senior Backend Java Developer

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Senior Back-End Developer - Java SpringBoot. The Senior Back-End Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side applications, designing and implementing scalable APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and reliable system performance. They will also be involved in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the highest quality of software development.

QualificationsStrong proficiency and 5+ years of experience in Java (ver 8+) and Spring/SpringBoot frameworkExperience with Spring Security framework and authStrong system design skillsExperience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and micro-servicesKnowledge of database technologies such as MySQL or PostgreSQLStrong Knowledge of JPA/SQL/Hibernate frameworksFamiliarity with cloud platforms like AWS or AzureExperience with version control systems such as GitUnderstanding of software development best practices and agile methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong communication and collaborative abilitiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field5+ years of relevant work experience
