Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced engineer to develop adaptive multiple-choice question (MCQ) tests focused on technical and AI-related subjects. This part-time opportunity is perfect for someone with a strong background in AI and computer science who is passionate about creating high-quality assessment content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Adaptive MCQs: Create and curate adaptive MCQ tests that accurately assess candidates’ technical and AI skills. • Ensure Quality and Relevance: Maintain high standards of question quality, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure the assessments meet our clients’ needs. • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update question banks to ensure they remain challenging and relevant.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+ years in a technical role, preferably in AI or software development. • Education: Degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field. • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, data science, and related technologies. • Analytical Skills: Ability to create questions that effectively evaluate a wide range of technical skills and knowledge levels. • Attention to Detail: Meticulous about question accuracy and relevance. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
