Senior Java Developer in Trading

Project Description:We've been developing trading software for our partner - a top-tier hedge fund - for over 10 years.Now we are expanding the Pre-trade controls team to accommodate new trading strategies.We are looking for a Senior Java developer with experience in investment/trading.

Responsibilities:• Design and develop application components in line with the requirements, architecture and conventions.• Contribute to solving technical challenges like scaling, reducing latencies, and improvement in code quality.• Actively contribute to architecture decisions.

Mandatory Skills Description:• 5+ years of commercial Java experience• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/Physics or related stream.• Clear spoken and written English.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:• Prior experience with trading applications, trade lifecycle, investment instruments and their properties.
