Role DescriptionThis is a remote contract role for an OpenCart Developer at Scriptbaker. The OpenCart Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing OpenCart-based ecommerce solutions for our clients. The role will involve daily communication with teams and clients to ensure that projects are delivered to a high standard and on time.

QualificationsStrong proficiency in OpenCart and PHP programming languageExpert in creating VQMODE to extend functionality of OpenCart and its extensionsStrong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)Experience with OpenCart extensions and module developmentExperience in developing OpenCart themes and templatesExperience in customizing OpenCart to meet client needsBasic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScriptExperience with version control systems (e.g. Git, SVN)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related fieldAbility to communicate effectively with clients and team membersAbility to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team setting
