MadeMarket is a fast-growing CRM and transaction management platform for investment bankers. Our mission is to enable investment banks to grow their business and improve employee performance by providing an intuitive, purpose-built system of record and easy-to-use tools for winning new mandates and managing live transactions.We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our agile development team. This role involves creating solutions that enhance the productivity and success of corporate finance professionals.

Responsibilities

Initial Onboarding: Write test code to familiarize yourself with our architecture and codebase.Production Development: Jump into writing production-quality code, contributing to existing components, and building out new ones.Collaboration and Autonomy: Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, knowing when to seek assistance or clarification.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience:Minimum 4 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails (versions 4/5/6).Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.Strong understanding of relational databases (Postgres) and object-oriented design.Basic server administration skills (Ubuntu, Nginx) and experience with GIT for source control.Experience in writing test code.Proven track record of building applications from the ground up.Exceptional troubleshooting abilities.Strong communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (VueJS or React).AWS experience.Experience deploying code using Capistrano.Chrome extension development experience.Experience developing Microsoft Office JS Add-Ins.
