Senior Psychometrician and Co-founderAre you an expert in developing and validating psychometric tests? Do you want to be an entrepreneur? If yes, read on.We are a startup in the mental health space with over 15,000 users per month, seeking a senior psychometrician to join us as a co-founder.If co-founder, you will receive a limited amount of cash, and the majority of your compensation in company ownership.

🌐 ABOUT USWe started our journey 10 years ago with a social app that paired individuals based on IQ and personality tests. This company we sold 8 years ago but recently reacquired it. We are relaunching it with a renewed focus on promoting mental wellbeing through self-help groups. We have a robust team of psychologists, engineers, designers, project managers, and marketers. However, we are still looking for a psychometrician.

🛠 RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Psychometrician and Co-founder, your responsibilities will include:Overseeing the development and validation of our psychometric tests.Ensuring the reliability and validity of our assessments.Conducting paid webinars to explain test results to groups of premium users.Collaborating with our team to continuously improve our products.

✅ WHAT WE EXPECTWe're looking for someone with:Expertise in psychometrics and experience in developing and validating tests.Strong analytical and statistical skills.Excellent communication skills to conduct engaging webinars.A self-starting, proactive nature.

⏳ TIME COMMITMENT & COMPENSATIONAs a co-founder, you could start with as little as 5 hours per week. Why only 5? As you receive only a small part of your compensation in cash, you should have time to work on other projects that pay more cash.Your compensation will be mainly equity, under terms comparable to all other co-founders. You can choose to receive your compensation as cash or equity, with the cash component currently limited to only around 20% for every co-founder.For webinars, you will receive a 50-50 revenue share split, independent of our founder agreement.
