What you'll own & improve:Web development and maintenance : Design, build, and maintain high-quality, responsive web experiences across https://trainual.com and our other sites using the Webflow platform. Think speed, performance, and SEO optimization.Visual design implementation : Apply your magic touch in visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout composition to create on-brand and user-centric designs. I mean, have you SEEN our website? (Can we say, "sexy" in a job description?)Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with marketing, events, and partnerships stakeholders to translate business and marketing objectives into digital experiences that drive engagement and conversions.Customization and integrations : Utilize Webflow's capabilities to integrate custom code and third-party APIs, enhancing website functionality and ensuring cross-browser and device compatibility.Continuously improve webflow instance : Be the guardian of our Webflow, keeping everything in tip-top shape and consistently improving tech debt, implementing scalable systems, and maintaining good website architecture according to best practices.What you already know:

About The Team

This role reports to our incredible Director of Growth, Seiji Cataldo, and will consistently collaborate with various marketing and engineering stakeholders.

Compensation

The base salary for this role is $70-80k, determined by relevant experience to the role, industry, and technical expertise.
