Power Platform Developer (D365)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Microsoft Power Platform / D365 CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 CRM. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Develop and Customize Solutions: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 CRM. Create and maintain custom entities, workflows, business processes, and plugins within D365 CRM. System Integration: Integrate D365 CRM with other internal and external systems using appropriate APIs and connectors. Develop custom connectors and automate data flows between systems. Technical Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Power Platform and D365 CRM solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Data Management: Ensure data integrity and security within the Power Platform and D365 CRM environments. Implement data migration strategies as needed. User Training and Documentation: Create and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users and team members. Develop and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and processes. Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience. Stay updated on the latest features and best practices for the Microsoft Power Platform and D365 CRM. IP Development: Innovate and develop intellectual property (IP) to enhance our service offerings and differentiate our solutions in the market. Bid and Presales: Assist the sales team with technical expertise during bid and presales activities. Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities to prospective clients. Customer Consulting: Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert consulting to develop effective solutions. Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to ensure solutions align with client objectives.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Proven experience in developing and customizing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and D365 CRM. Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and D365 CRM customization and configuration. Dynamics 365 customer service Design and development and skilled in OOB features. D365 customisation: Plugin, custom workflows, JavaScript. Power Platform Design and development: Model Driven app, Canvas App and Automate flows. PCF Controls in Power platform Experience in designing and delivering system integration using Power Automate, Azure functions, Logic Apps Good knowledge on Azure security including implementation of OAuth 2.0 using App registrations and Azure Entra Experience with integrating third-party systems and services via APIs and connectors. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Microsoft Power Platform and/or D365 CRM certifications are a plus.
