We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management processes and technologies, with a focus on designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ServiceNow ITSM Developer will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, customize ServiceNow applications, and ensure the effective delivery of IT services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs related to IT service management.Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support IT service management processes such as incident management, change management, problem management, and service catalog.Customize ServiceNow applications using technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, and UI elements to streamline IT processes and improve user experience.Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications as needed to support IT service delivery.Develop and maintain ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information about IT assets and configurations.Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow ITSM modules and related technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to resolve technical problems.Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend improvements and optimize platform performance.Document technical designs, configurations, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and facilitate training for end-users.
