Position: SAP BTP Cronus DeveloperStart Date: 1st August 2024Contract Duration: March 2025 + extensionsWork Arrangement: Fully remoteTimezone: GMT+3Location: Candidates can be based anywhere, provided they are comfortable working in the GMT+3 timezoneResponsibilities:Develop the necessary automated testing and monitoring solutions for a production SAP cloud application hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Enable the integration of SAP's Cronus email service within GCP via SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).Ensure compliance with Country Specific Telco laws by enabling business email functionalities (e.g., invoices) through cloud applications such as C4C, BTP, NEO, S4, Marketing, IBP, and others, following the closure of SAP's Data Centre in UAE.Skills Required:Proficiency in GoLang development.Experience with Ginkgo for automated testing.Minimum 5 years of experience in programming.Expertise in setting up automated testing and monitoring solutions.Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration.Proficiency in Prometheus for monitoring and alerting.Experience with Grafana for visualization and monitoring.Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).Prior experience in developing automated testing frameworks using Ginkgo.Knowledge and experience in monitoring solution development.Additional Requirements:Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with international teams.Understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices, particularly within GCP.Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
