Mandatory skills –Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer.Experience with Java frameworks like Springboot and Hibernate.Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns.Experience with test-driven development.Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).Good problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:Design, implement and maintain Java-based applications that are often high-volume and low-latency, required for mission-critical systems.Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.Write well-designed, efficient and testable code.Conduct software analysis, programming, testing and debugging.Develop and implement new software programs.Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.Design and update software databases.Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary.Coordinate with other team members to ensure project success.Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technology advancements.
