Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant based in Europe for a contract position. As a key member, you will lead the technical architecture design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Collaborating closely with business analysts and functional consultants, you will ensure robust and scalable ITSM solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of technical architectures on the ServiceNow platform.Develop complex functionalities and integrations using SOAP, REST, LDAP, and other technologies.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow Technical Consultants.Produce detailed technical documentation.Act as a trusted advisor to clients on ServiceNow best practices and solutions.

Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in IT engineering or equivalent practical experience.Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, focusing on ITSM.Expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, and AJAX.Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Unix shell.Proficiency in relational database models, object-oriented programming, and web technologies.Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SSO technologies, and ITIL knowledge (a plus).Fluent in German and English; additional European languages preferred.
