JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Developer with expertise in PowerShell, SQL, and the Power Platform to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will be a fast learner who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about leveraging technology to drive business solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, maintain, and optimize PowerShell scripts for system automation, configuration management, and task automation.Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases, queries, and stored procedures to support application development and data analysis requirements.Utilize the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) to develop, customize, and deploy business applications and workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PowerShell scripts, SQL databases, and Power Platform applications.Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to PowerShell, SQL, and the Power Platform.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a developer with strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.Proficiency in SQL database design, development, and optimization, with hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.Experience developing custom applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Certifications in PowerShell, SQL Server, or the Power Platform (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate) are a plus.
