Senior Typescript Developer

Senior TypeScript Developer PositionJob Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer with extensive experience in TypeScript, Node.js, AWS Lambda, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and OpenAPI Specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing serverless applications, working with modern database technologies, and AWS Cloud Native Development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain serverless applications using TypeScript and Node.js.Build and manage APIs using OpenAPI Specifications.Develop and deploy applications on AWS Lambda.Work with relational and non-relational databases including PostgreSQL and MongoDB Atlas.Create and expand Web based UI using Angular and associated JavaScript frameworksCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.Work effectively in an Agile Development Environment, participating in ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Grooming, Sprint Review and RetrospectivesImplement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo.Utilize source control repositories such as GIT.Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and security are followed.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on TypeScript and Node.js.Extensive experience with AWS Lambda and serverless application development.Strong expertise in MongoDB and PostgreSQL database management.Proficiency in working with OpenAPI Specifications.Experience with Angular and associated frameworks and libraries for UI developmentKnowledge of and experience working in an Agile Development EnvironmentFamiliarity with AWS Cloud Native Development.Proficient in using source control repositories such as GIT.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Bamboo.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Certifications in AWS technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Developer – Associate).Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
