OCC Developer

Role: Oracle Commerce Cloud DeveloperWork Location: Remote, India

Job Description:The Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) Developer supports technical design, development and implementation of enhancements and integrations of Oracle Commerce Cloud platform. Designs and develops storefront, mapping, catalogs, and widgets for OCC. Creates integrations using module related APIs, web services to/from OCC. Works in client interfacing, working with IT and well as business analysts in understanding the business functional specification and writing technical design documents.Experience Level: 2 to 6 yearsJob Roles:· Performs technical design, development, testing, code review and post-production support activities for OCC applications based upon the specific needs of the projects.· Provides technical support to OCC application and its integrations.· Designs and develops storefront, mapping, catalogs, and widgets for OCC.· Creates integrations using module related APIs, web services to/from OCC.· Performs data integration from external systems (REST APIs, JSON scripts knowledge) into finished good product and product catalog load, pricing, and spreadsheet loads.· Collaborates with team to provide technical solutions to support long-term technology strategy.· Performs technical analysis for the requirements and provides detailed technical documentation of the desired system changes.· Reviews and develops application customizations, extensions, and modifications of existing systems to maintain inter-dependency of the functionality.· Tracks, troubleshoots, and repairs the OCC issues. Works with Oracle support as needed.Required Skills:· Oracle Commerce (ATG/ Endeca) and Commerce Cloud experience in development system, system configuration, testing and documentation of Commerce solutions for both web and mobile.· Experience in Java and UI development (such as: Java/ J2EE, Java Script framework (Knockout, react, Angular), Bootstrap, jQuery, node.js, HTML/ CSS, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3).· Experience with system-to-system integrations and interfacing with Oracle EBS with Oracle Integration Cloud platform.· Experience with Web services, such as (SOAP/REST/XML/JSON), jQuery, HTML, CSS.· Experience in configuration and admin activities in OCC.· Experience in Oracle database 12c or higher with SQL and/or PL/SQL.
