Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Engineer to spearhead our AI initiatives. Theideal candidate will have a strong background in large language models (LLMs), instruction fine-tuning,data preparation, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Familiarity with advanced AItechnologies like AWS Bedrock and Mistral AI is essential. As a Lead AI Engineer, you will beresponsible for driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions, mentoringteam members, and ensuring the alignment of AI projects with our business goals.

Job Responsibilities:Lead the development and deployment of large language models (LLMs) to address variousbusiness needs.Design and implement instruction fine-tuning techniques to optimize model performance andrelevance.Oversee data preparation processes, ensuring high-quality and relevant datasets for training AImodels.Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance modeloutputs and accuracy.Integrate and leverage advanced AI technologies such as AWS Bedrock and Mistral AI to enhanceour AI solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and develop solutions that drivebusiness value.Mentor and guide junior AI engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing,and integrate best practices into our projects.Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, processes, and workflows.Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI solutions.Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for AI initiatives, aligning them with companyobjectives and industry standards.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. AMaster's or Ph.D. is preferred.Proven experience of at least 3 years in a leadership role.Expertise in large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP).Strong experience with instruction fine-tuning and optimizing AI models.Proficiency in data preparation techniques for training AI models.Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and related technologies.Familiarity with advanced AI technologies such as AWS Bedrock and Mistral AI.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, orsimilar.Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.Demonstrated ability to drive AI projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment withbusiness goals.
