MES Developer

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Apriso MES Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) using the Apriso platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, enhance production efficiency, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:Develop custom MES solutions using Apriso FlexNet platform.Design data models and database schemas for MES applications.Implement MES solutions to meet business requirements.Integrate MES with other enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, SCADA, etc.).Configure and customize Apriso modules to align with manufacturing processes.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MES.Perform system upgrades and patches as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in MES development, preferably with Apriso FlexNet.Proven experience in software development and programming (JavaScript, C#, SQL, etc.).Experience in integrating MES with ERP, PLM, and other enterprise systems.

Technical Skills:Proficiency in Apriso FlexNet and its modules.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations.Knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (REST, SOAP).
