We are seeking a talented and experienced React.js Lead Developer to join our team. As a React.js Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing and implementing web applications using React.js. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.Description for Internal Candidates

What will you do? Lead the development of web applications using React.jsMentor and coach junior developersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient codeEnsure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designsOptimize applications for maximum performance and scalabilityStay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in React.js developmentConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersTroubleshoot and debug issues as they ariseParticipate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field10+ years of experience in front-end development10+ years of experience with React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Flux, etc.)Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handlingFamiliarity with modern front-end build pipelines and toolsStrong understanding of version control systems such as GitExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience with server-side rendering and Node.jsKnowledge of GraphQLExperience with testing frameworks such as Jest, EnzymeExperience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)Contributions to open-source projects or personal GitHub repositories
