The Role

We are looking for a software developer to design and build internal software services that power our large-scale commerce systems that provide our customers with access to over 600,000 products across multiple storefronts. You will develop and use technical knowledge in .NET and Azure development to create interfaces and tools that are user-friendly and add value to the way we work. You will work closely with the Product Management and the Engineering teams on what you build and will also partner with users across the organization to ensure built solutions meets a broad range of needs.

Who You Are

5 years of experience in software development, including experience in SQL development.Ability to create and consume REST web service APIs.Strong knowledge of C#, and .NET libraries and frameworks. This includes .NET Framework to .NET 8. Working knowledge in VB for legacy application migration to .NET 8Strong knowledge in SQL and database design and management. Experience handling millions of rows of data and optimizing queries.Experience with Azure services, such as Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Blob Storage and Azure DevOps.Knowledge with APM tools, such as Azure App Insights or Datadog.Experience in Agile / SCRUM development environment.Experience with Git or similar version control systems.Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.Strong understanding of architecture pattern tradeoffs to handle scale, fault tolerances and speed.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with different teams.Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related.

Preferred: Front end experience with React and/or Angular.Github Copilot experience.

Bonus Points: Familiar with Test-Driven Development and integrating with various third-party marketplaces, such as Amazon Marketplace. Familiarity with SaaS based eCommerce solutions.

Compensation

We are committed to transparency in our hiring process. The Salary Range for this role is between $75,000 and $90,000 depending on experience, skills, training and organizational needs.
