Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated AI Training Program Developer with a basic understanding of Python programming and a strong interest in AI-related topics. The ideal candidate will be comfortable writing Python code, and creating slides & presentations to effectively communicate technical concepts to a diverse audience. This role is essential for developing customized training programs for individuals and teams, enhancing their skills in executing AI-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and design engaging training programs and materials, including slides and presentations, on various AI-related topics.Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of individuals and teams.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and integrate them into training materials.Assist in the facilitation of training sessions and workshops.Gather and analyze feedback from participants to continuously improve training programs.Support the development and maintenance of online training resources and platforms.

Qualifications:Basic understanding of Python programming.Strong interest in AI-related topics and a desire to learn more.Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.Experience with creating slides and presentations using tools like Canva or a similar application.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with AI concepts such as machine learning, deep learning, or data science is a plus.Familiarity with educational or training program development is a plus.
