The Senior Celonis Developer will be responsible for process mining and Celonis. They will design and develop the Celonis dashboard and implementation, as well as support its post-production tasks and functionality design.

A mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients business environment and achieve business results.This position is expected to provide expert level business process guidance on data management functionalities within SAP and Celonis. In depth understanding and hands on in leading and ERP migration with emphasis on but not limited to the data governance of: ETL, Data Archiving, Data Migration, Data Conversion and Data Loads, Data Distribution, Data Maintenance, Data Governance, Data Analysis, Data Extracts and Reporting, Data Mapping, Data Validation, Data Reconciliation, and Data Refreshes and UpgradesProvide senior level functional data management support to include the effective execution of Master Data Management, Master Mata Maintenance and Data Governance practices and techniques.Design, recommend and implement data security model and access control mechanisms and processes.Design and implement data archiving capabilities across multiple platforms.Support the Celonis implementation and post-production tasks, support functionality design, planning and implementation.Develop business process dashboards and reports from source data, identify as-is processes and present output to stakeholders.Design and configure Celonis applications required from functional perspective.Analyse source data, identify inconsistencies, and recommend process improvements based on SAP standards.Design, recommend and implement data security model and access control mechanisms and processesDesign and implement data archiving capabilities across multiple platformsSupport the Celonis implementation and post-production tasks, support functionality design, planning and implementationDevelop business process dashboards and reports from source data, identify as-is processes and present output to stakeholdersDesign and configure Celonis applications as required from functional perspectiveAnalyze source data, identify inconsistencies, and recommend process improvements based on SAP standardsIdentify opportunities of process and task mining and influence business teams at various phases of projects using CelonisContribute and support continuous improvement relating to data governance in Celonis.Support business partners to identify areas for improvement with a data driven approachServe as a technical liaison to the business and propose solutionsStructure and enable people within the business to be able to execute and report value framing and tracking for Sr LeadershipCollaborate with various stakeholders from different process areas and projects in a techno-functional capacity to implement analysis solutions and identify process efficiency opportunitiesChampion the idea of leveraging automations & analytics to introduce process efficiencies for business in a data-driven approachCelonis champion and evangelist.

Job Requirements

4+ hands on years of experience with designing, building, and developing Celonis Process Mining including ability to code PQL scripts for data modelling, design front end views, analyses and KPI s and with provable builds of Celonis Analysis & Action FlowsCustomer project-based experience working as Analyst or Data Engineer on Celonis implementationsKnowledge of real time business cases in Process Mining. Possesses knowledge over the Process Query Language (PQL) to build front end components to meet the requirements set by the business and create KPIsAbility to perform validation over back end and front-end findings in CelonisStrong collaboration skills for stakeholder managementStrong problem solving, analysis, design skills and detail-orientedExcellent collaboration and interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs and to present technical details to a non-technical audience.Certification in Celonis required.
