Lead React Native Developer

We are looking for a remote Lead React Native Developer to join our team.

Your primary focus will be to build app and UI components from prototypes and wireframes and work with native modules as and when required. You will use Native APIs for tight integrations with both platforms - Android and iOS. To be successful in this role, you must have significant experience working with React web and mobile along with tools like Flux, Flow, Redux, etc. and strong knowledge of React fundamentals such as Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, and component state.

Responsibilities

Design and implement user interface components for JavaScript-based web and mobile applications using React ecosystemLead a small team of developers, designers, QA experts, and managers to achieve project goalsBuild app and UI components from prototypes and wireframesUse Native APIs for tight integrations with both platforms – Android and iOSWrite automated tests to ensure error-free code and performanceImprove front-end performance by eliminating performance bottlenecksCreate front-end modules with maximum code reusability and efficiencyImplement clean, smooth animations to provide an excellent user interfaceWork with Redux architecture to improve the performance of the websites/mobile appsCoordinate with the cross-functional teams to build apps within stipulated time/budget

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a React Native Developer1+ year of relevant leadership experienceSignificant experience working with React web and mobile along with tools like Flux, Flow, Redux, etc.Strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, functional programming, and front-end languagesStrong knowledge of React fundamentals such as Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, and component stateA complete understanding of the full mobile app development lifecycle right from prototypingKnowledge of type checking, unit testing, typescript, prop types, and code debuggingExperience working with REST APIs, document request models, offline storage, and third-party librariesKnowledge of user interface design and responsive designsWell-versed in a variety of React Native software and technologies such as Jest, Enzyme, ESLint, and so onExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (B2+ level)
