Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Java applications using Microservice Architecture PatternCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design innovative solutions that meet client needsEnsure adherence to best practices and coding standards, conducting code reviews and providing feedback to team membersDeploy and manage applications in a cloud environment using Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, Amazon Web Services, Docker, and HelmDevelop and maintain RESTful APIs using SQL and RESTDevelop web applications using Angular or similar frameworksContribute to the development of Spring Batch and Spring Boot applications, with a good understanding of Spring FrameworkWork in an agile environment, following agile methodologies and participating in agile ceremoniesProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of core Java concepts and design patterns1+ years of relevant leadership experienceExpertise in Microservice Architecture Pattern, showcasing your ability to design and develop scalable and maintainable applicationsHands-on experience with Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, Amazon Web Services, Docker, and Helm, demonstrating your proficiency in deploying and managing applications in a cloud environmentWorking knowledge of SQL and REST, with experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIsExperience in developing web applications using Angular or similar frameworksProficiency in Spring Batch, Spring Boot, and SOAP, with a good understanding of Spring FrameworkStrong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, with experience working in an agile environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsFluent spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication

Nice to have

Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Python or JavaScriptExperience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environmentFamiliarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment
