Business Intelligence Developer
Primary Objective
The primary objective of this role is to build custom reporting using SQL DML, Crystal Reports and other query tools
What You Will Be Doing
Primary output will be professional, executive level reports supporting a corporations treasury, payments and receivables needsWork with users, implementation and support teams to determine and understand functional requirements for creating custom and ad hoc reports through analyzing of data and design documentsExperience writing complex SQL queries, writing stored procedures, creating Views, Functions and other Data Definition Language objectsDevelop SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and/or calculate information to fulfill data and reportingRequires analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to trace report performance issues to root cause, knowledge of SQL Server Query plans, query optimization and concepts around indexingSource code repository knowledge, SVN, GIT
What You Will Need
A minimum of two years’ experience with related reporting tools with a strong preference for finance related history. Basic knowledge of Database Management Systems required
