Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Federal Reports Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining critical federal reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in federal reporting requirements, strong technical proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools, and a commitment to accuracy and compliance with federal standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain complex federal reports and dashboards using advanced reporting tools and languages.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define specifications, and ensure alignment with federal reporting guidelines.Analyze data sources, design data models, and implement data transformations to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.Implement security measures to protect sensitive federal data in compliance with regulatory requirements.Optimize performance of reports and dashboards to ensure timely delivery of information to stakeholders.Provide technical expertise and support to junior developers and stakeholders on federal reporting issues and best practices.Stay updated on federal regulations and reporting standards to ensure ongoing compliance and accuracy in reporting.Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of federal reports to identify and resolve issues promptly.Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures related to federal reports development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum 10 years of proven experience as a federal reports developer or similar role in a federal agency or related industry.Expertise in CMS requirements Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, or other programming languages used for data manipulation and analysis.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and report development frameworks.Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and data warehousing concepts.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings clearly and concisely.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in federal reporting standards or related areas.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Experience in optimizing report performance and scalability.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $96,250.00- $125,000.00.
