Recruitment Process:The goal of all recruitment stages is to find an elegant solution to a real-life problem our developers have experienced and solved in the past and to implement that solution in C++. There may be many solutions, not just one.These tasks focus on algorithmic aspects and do not require any specific knowledge about any technology or C++ subtleties. A good solution must be correct and, importantly, should be short, elegant, and easy to understand.
Step 1: 9-hour test to demonstrate C++ abilities. The test can be completed anytime, with no deadline. Applicants will receive a link to the programming test, which usually should not take more than 2-4 hours to complete. The longer time reflects our no-deadline approach at work.Step 2: An automated response will inform candidates whether they passed/failed the test after submitting their solution.Step 3: A telephone interview, where the candidate will be given another problem to solve.Step 4: If the candidate passes the telephone interview, an online interview (can also be a face-to-face interview at the client’s office with all travel costs covered by us) will be conducted.Decision: shortly after the interview
