Job Responsibilities

Lead the team of developers and also contribute to development/maintenance of ChatbotsEnsure that the incidents and minor enhancements are delivered per the SLAsReview the code and design documents and ensure that the code delivered by the team Is as per defined governance process and standardsWork with the offshore team on the deliverables and clarificationsAct as the Liason between the client and offshore team

Required Skills And Qualifications

Healthcare domain knowledgeExperience working on Chatbots, AI, Portals, Mobile appsExcellent communication skills (Mandatory)Azure experience (Mandatory)Hands on experience working on Chatbots (Mandatory)Hands on experience working on React Native applications (Mandatory)Experience/knowledge of CX1 (Contact center) integration.
