Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition goals. Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, methodologies, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Sales Forecasting and Planning: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to forecast future sales performance and develop sales plans accordingly. Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a healthy flow of opportunities and conversions. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and market trends that impact sales strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization. Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Develop and manage the sales department budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure a positive return on investment. Sales Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and vendors. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, as well as promote ethical conduct within the sales organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. It is requiered to have a proven experience in payments or acquirer environment/market. Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales principles and practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
