Mendix Developer

Role Overview: We are urgently seeking a Senior Mendix + React Native Developer for a prestigious client based in Brussels. The successful candidate needs to possess advanced certifications in Mendix development and have substantial experience in software development, particularly with React Native. This role involves a blend of hands-on development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and leveraging various platforms and technologies to deliver high-quality applications.Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using Mendix and React NativeCollaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver new features and improvementsPerformance Optimization: Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsIssue Resolution: Identify, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.Code Quality: Maintain high standards of code quality, including code reviews and automated testing.Required Skills and Experience: Proficiency in .Net, Java, and Mendix Development.Extensive experience in developing applications on the Mendix platform.In-depth knowledge of Spring.Net, Spring 3 (Java), Hibernate, Mockito, and JUnit.Expertise in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JSON, REST, SOAP, XML, AJAX, ASP(.Net), MVC.NET, WebAPI, and WCF.Ability to build responsive and dynamic web applications.Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Bootstrap.Experience in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.Proficiency in Mendix Native Mobile development with React Native and PhoneGap.Experience in building and deploying mobile applications across various platforms.Solid understanding of design patterns, Test-Driven Development (TDD), UML, RUP, and RAD/JAD.Ability to design robust and scalable APIs.Extensive experience with Mendix application development tools.Proficiency in Azure cloud services and deployment.Experience with cloud-based application architecture and design.Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, Oracle, and Redis.Ability to design and optimize database schemas and queries.QualificationsMendix Rapid Developer CertificationMendix Advanced Developer CertificatioMendix Expert Developer CertificationPreferred AttributesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage time effectively.Willingness to travel to Brussels as required.
