ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain high-performance web applications utilizing React for the frontend and Node.js for the backend (appx. 60-70% frontend, 30-40% backend)Set and uphold rigorous standards for code quality and maintainability. Conduct regular, detailed code reviews to ensure compliance with these standards, identify improvement areas, and provide constructive feedback for continuous enhancementExhibit deep expertise and hands-on proficiency with our technology stack, including React, CSS, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, Kubernetes, Redis, Postgres, and MongoDB. Continuously optimize our tech stack based on evolving needs and opportunitiesPartner with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to establish a seamless and efficient development processSupervise the creation and upkeep of technical documentation, ensuring it remains current and serves as a valuable resource for the team and other stakeholders

RequirementsRelevant higher degreeMinimum 3 years of experience in developing full-stack applicationsProficient in the specified tech stack, including React, CSS, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, Kubernetes, Redis, Postgres, and MongoDBA strong passion for creating innovative and engaging applicationsExcellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and creativelyFluent English
