Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior React Native Developer to lead the development of our client's new mobile application. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a small, external team in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering a robust v1 product for both Android and iOS platforms. This is a project-based engagement, with the potential for further collaboration based on project outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate requirements into technical specifications and scalable, maintainable code.Lead the React Native development efforts from inception to deployment, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of the application.Architect and implement features for the mobile app that mirror the functionality of our client's web platform, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.Optimize application components for maximum performance across different devices and operating systems.Work in an Agile environment, participate in sprint planning, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

RequirementsProven experience (5+ years) as a Mobile App Developer with a focus on React Native for both Android and iOS platforms.Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of React Native best practices.Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming.Solid understanding of mobile app design principles and interface guidelines.Ability to debug and optimize complex React Native applications.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred SkillsExperience working in a startup environment or with cross-functional, distributed teams.Knowledge of additional mobile development frameworks (e.g., Swift, Kotlin) is a plus.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.Passion for gaming or familiarity with gaming platforms and communities.
