Senior RPA Developer ( blue prism)

Position: RPA Developer Experience: 5-7 Years Industry: Banking Focus: Blue Prism, SQL, QCR, Mainframe Application Automation

About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned RPA Developer with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Blue Prism and developing, implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Blue Prism, SQL, (QCR) tools like Decipher and mainframe application automation, specifically within the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities: RPA Development: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism to automate various banking processes. SQL Expertise: Utilize SQL for database management, data manipulation, and integrating database operations within RPA solutions. Quality Control Review: Ensure the quality and accuracy of automated processes through rigorous testing and validation, adhering to QCR standards. Mainframe Automation: Develop and implement automation solutions for mainframe applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Process Improvement: Identify and analyze business processes for automation opportunities, enhancing efficiency and reducing operational risks. Documentation and Compliance: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to understand requirements and deliver effective automation solutions. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed.

Qualifications: Experience: 5-7 years of experience in RPA development, with a focus on Blue Prism. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, QCR, and mainframe application automation. Banking Industry Experience: Previous experience in the banking industry, understanding its unique challenges and requirements. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with various departments to achieve common goals.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, with a customer-centric mindset and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced banking environment. Certifications: Relevant RPA certifications, particularly in Blue Prism. Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Immediate availability to join and contribute to ongoing RPA projects within the banking industry.
