Your mission

We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Node.js Developer to join our team and be fully responsible for developing and maintaining API applications.

You will be reporting directly to our Node.js Lead Engineer and will be in charge of developing a Node.js based API application; ensuring high test coverage, and recurrently updating rules to let the application run effectively.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a Node.js Developer; Good understanding of GitHub and Git core concepts; High proficiency in English; Remarkable enthusiasm and will in supporting a scale-up during its growth phase; Exceptional soft skills and team spirit.

Added values

Knowledge of common JavaScript libraries (i.e. Lodash, jQuery) and TypeScript is more than welcomed; Hands-on experience in running Unit testing on JavaScript; Experience in developing API (i.e. using tools such as Express.js) and in using 3rd party APIs; Sound knowledge of browsers remote control libraries (i.e. Puppeteer, Selenium); Experience with Vanilla JavaScript, Express.js, and TypeScript; Experience with SaaS development.

Location

At iubenda we believe in full-remote. Accordingly, you will be completely free and entitled to work from wherever you prefer in the world. At the same time in case you prefer to work from an office, at your disposal you have our Italian (Milan and Bologna) and German (Berlin and Hamburg) offices, to allow you to follow a hybrid work model.
