Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Lead. The Full Stack Lead will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain web applications. The Full Stack Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical leadership, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The Full Stack Lead will also contribute to the architecture and design of the applications, and will be involved in all stages of the software development life cycle.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in full stack development, including frontend and backend technologiesProficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and one or more modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or JavaStrong understanding of database systems and SQLExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and code reviewExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong communication and leadership abilitiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldExperience in Agile software development methodologies is a plusExperience in HRMS platforms or HR-related applications is a plus
