Lead Java Developer

About the role: We're seeking a proficient Full Stack Developer to join our Team. In this position, you’ll be mainly crafting and integrating UI components through React.js methodologies and workflows like Typescript, react-router-dom, Redux, i18next, and Webpack. You will also be working in Core Java and REST APIs based integration in the Telecom domain.Responsibilities:Implementing UI components using React.js.Implementing Back-end components using Core Java and REST APIs.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and ship new features.Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.Optimizing components for maximum performance across various web browsers.Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure smooth user experiences.Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.Required React developer requirements, qualifications & skills:Good to have:Typescript, Redux, Cypress Testing Framework, J2EE, Spring Boot, DevOps, Robo Test Framework.Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux).Experience with building JS libraries like Material UI and Ant Design added advantage.JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 skills.Telecom domain experience.Demonstrated experience working in an agile environment, using frameworks such as Scrum or KanbanExposure to the telecom industry is a significant advantage, enabling you to understand and address domain-specific challenges.Understanding of front-end build tools and pipelines.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.A strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality code.Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
