KDB Backend Systems Developer

Responsibilities:Develop secure and scalable backend systems using server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Python with Django, Java with Spring).Leverage KDB for data ingestion and querying.Develop and maintain APIs for data exchange with front-end applications.Design and implement databases to store and manage application data.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Understand and implement DevOps practices for application deployment and maintenance.Experience in designing and developing applications that can handle high volume and ensure continuous operation.Micro services infra experience is a bonus but not required Qualifications:8+ years of experience in backend development.Experience with a server-side language and framework (e.g., Python with Django, Java with Spring, Node.js with Express).Proven experience with KDB, including data ingestion, manipulation, and querying.Experience with API development and integration.Strong understanding of database design, data modelling and management principles.Experience with DevOps practices and tools.Familiarity with market risk concepts (a plus).
