Senior Ruby Developer

Role: Senior Ruby DeveloperLocation: Remote

Responsibilities:Develop advanced solutions using cutting-edge technologies.Apply Agile principles in small team environments.Advocate for quality practices and innovative software development methods.Adapt designs to meet client business needs.Participate in code reviews to improve overall quality.Collaborate with diverse communities for continuous improvement.Enhance code quality, simplicity, and elegance continually.

Qualifications:Full-stack developer experienced in Agile, with a focus on Ruby.3+ years developing scalable web applications.Proficiency in Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks.Experience with REST and/or SOAP APIs.Strong database skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).Strong commitment to test-driven development (Cucumber, RSpec, Capybara, Watir, MiniTest).Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery).Design skills in object-oriented methodologies, patterns, database design, and data modeling.Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering preferred.Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
