About the RoleThe EDI Developer will play a crucial role in building and managing EDI integrations for our disruptive startup in the transportation sector.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop EDI integrations by creating guides, mappings to internal APIs, and conducting end-to-end testing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration processes.Engage with customers through emails, kick-offs, and troubleshooting calls.Oversee program management activities to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.Address and resolve issues related to existing integrations promptly.Tackle any problems that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications4+ years experience working with EDI'sProficiency in any EDI middleware software with a preference for transportation related EDI (204, 210, 211, 214, 990, 997)Experience with programming in Python, Java or Javascript and API's experienceExperience with data mapping tool(s), we use Dell BoomiExtremely organized with the ability to track multiple issues going on at any given point in timeExperience building EDI documentationCustomer service orientation: ability to solve tough technical problems with several external partiesStartup experience a plus!
