Our client is a data company that has built a state-of-the-art dynamic pricing and business intelligence SaaS product. Originally founded in Europe (2016), our client was acquired by a major American company in 2022 and is now building a local team of developers. We’re looking for a talented and motivated full-stack software developer proficient in modern web technologies (Django, AngularJs, React/Next.js etc).

Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop and test their applications in close relationship with the CTO. If you’re passionate about software development and eager to grow your skill set rapidly in the coming years, please apply!

Primary Responsibilities:Collaborate directly with the CTO and the Product/Engineering team to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutionsDesign, develop, test and maintain applications that use diverse languages and frameworksFollow software development best practices (code reviews, testing, agile development)Contribute to the continuous improvement of yourself and others by staying informed with the latest technologies, trends, and methodologies

Primary Qualifications:At least 3 years of software development with full-stack experience (backend, frontend and database)Proficiency in Python and 2+ years of experience building Django applicationsProficiency in Javascript/Typescript, ES5/6, HTML, CSS and 2+ years of experience building applications with a modern JS framework (AngularJs, React, Vue etc)Proficiency with software engineering best practices: unit testing, agile development, api design, version control, dockerExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilities

Success factors/job competencies:Experience with AngularJs and/or React/Next.js (both are currently used)Experience with Python data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPyExperience with data applications and affinity to data science topics
