Back End Developer

Cargofive offers a platform that facilitates access to rates for container shipments. At Cargofive, we help freight forwarders or cargo agents automate their procurement and sales processes.Our tool has been designed specifically for freight forwarders to help them digitize and optimize their pricing process. This allows them to reduce time and costs while offering a more tailored experience to their customers.We automate the processing of rate files sent by shipping lines so that users can access rates from different providers in one place and generate quotes in just a few clicks.We also have high flexibility to integrate via API with other management systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) to facilitate the exchange of necessary data.

ResponsibilitiesAs a backend developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend architecture of our applications. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and other stakeholders to ensure the highest level of quality in our products.

RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience as developerStrong experience with PHP (Laravel) and/ or NodeJSDemonstrable experience in development with REST API architectureExperience working with AWS infrastructureExperience working with relational databasesExperience writing unit testProficient level of spoken and written Spanish and EnglishAre motivated to take on new challenges and constantly learnAre willing to simplify complexityValue attention to detailAre focused on meeting objectives and goalsAre willing to work as part of a team and give their best effortAre committed to delivering quality work
