Senior Back End Developer

Responsibilities:

Participate in agile Scrum development, collaborating with product owners, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their growth and promoting best coding practices. Take a leadership role within a small Scrum team when required, driving the team towards successful project completion. Design and develop scalable and efficient backend systems using composable architecture paradigm.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and front-end developers, to define and implement platform features and APIs.Develop APIs and microservices to enable seamless integration with external systems and third-party applications.Create data models and database schemas that optimize performance and ensure data consistency.Work in an Azure DevOps environment, leveraging continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure efficient deployment and orchestration of backend services on Kubernetes.Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following best practices and coding standards.Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to architectural guidelines, and efficient use of resources.Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, system issues, and bugs, and implement effective solutions.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in backend engineering, platform development, and cloud technologies, and apply them to improve our platform.Qualifications:BTech Computer Science, MCA, or equivalent qualification. Extensive experience (7 – 8 years) in backend engineering, platform development, and API design and development.Ability to design scalable and flexible systems.Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and optimization techniques.Solid experience with microservices architecture, designing and building APIs, and integrating with third-party systems.Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and container orchestration using Kubernetes.Proficiency in Java programming language.Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for writing clean and efficient code.Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with concept of Composable Architecture is a plus About Company: Integrated Wireless Solutionshttps://www.iwsindia.comIntegrated Wireless Solutions is one of the world’s leading ICT Solutions and Professional Services Companies, transforming client’s business process compatible with the disrupting technologies for the digital era.
