Job Description:A track record of Atleast 6+ years of solving platform-level problems for multiple teams across the stack by building and delivering production quality software systems.Over 5+ years with Ruby on Rails Deep expertise in object-oriented development, including strong design patterns knowledge.Good understanding of the syntax of Ruby and its nuances SQL PHP Java Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby Rails codeGood understanding of the MVC architectural pattern Enterprise class web application experienceUnderstanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git)Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools TDD (Test Driven Development) Knowledgeable about and have experience in building internal and external APIs and RESTful web services.A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code.Good understanding of server-side templating languages e.g. Liquid, Slim.Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors.Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and jQueryAbility to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
