Senior Front End Developer (Remote)

About the Role BotCircuits is a conversational AI SaaS platform enabling businesses to build voice and text-based AI agents capable of taking action within minutes. We’re seeking a talented and experienced Senior Front-End Developer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic team remotely from Sri Lanka. In this role, you will help us build high-impact consumer-facing features for our customers.

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain modern, high-quality consumer-facing features using React, leveraging UI/UX best practices.Optimize front-end components for maximum performance across diverse devices and web browsers, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.Build reusable components and front-end libraries for long-term scalability.Collaborate with designers and backend developers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and deliver high-impact features.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Requirements:Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScripts. Familiarity with newer specifications of ES6.3-4 years of professional experience with React.js, with a thorough understanding of its core principlesExperience with modern React.js hooks and state management frameworks such as Redux.Experience integrating RESTful APIs.Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as, Oauth2, and JWT.Familiarity with modern front-end build and development pipelines and tools.Proficiency with code versioning tools, such as Git.Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and experience in frameworks such as Tailwind.Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical requirements.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Nice to Have:Previous experience working at a startup, demonstrating adaptability and agility in a fast-paced environment.Understanding of mobile development best practices, with demonstrated experience building cross-platform mobile applications with React Native.Strong UI/UX design skills, with the ability for creating user-intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
